Frequently Asked Questions
Here is a short list of FAQ that may help you out.
General Public License (GPL) Questions
What is the GPL?
GPL stands for General Public License. The most widespread such
license is the GNU General Public License, or GNU GPL for short.
This can be further shortened to GPL, when it is understood that
the GNU GPL is the one intended.
Does the GPL allow me to sell copies of the program for
money?
Yes, the GPL will allow you to do this. Usually, there is no limit
on what price you can charge.
Does the GPL allow me to charge a fee for downloading the
program from my site?
Yes. You can charge any
fee you wish for distributing a copy of the program. If you distribute
binaries by download, you must provide "equivalent access"
to download the source--therefore, the fee to download source may
not be greater than the fee to download the binary.
If I distribute GPL software for a fee, am I required to
also make it available to the public without a charge?
No. However, if someone pays your fee and gets a copy,
the GPL gives them the freedom to release it to the public, with
or without a fee. For example, someone could pay your fee, and then
put their copy on a web site for the general public.

Absolutely not. You can charge as much or as little as you'd like.
Even give a few copies away to your family and friends if you wanted.
What language are these scripts and softwares published
in?
Well, if your asking what language the actual scripts and software
is programmed in, most of them are PHP with a bit of MySQL. Although,
programs like PopUps Generator will run on your computer. Otherwise,
